[Bachelor]
- Go to Academic Information System and check your transcript first to make sure that you have already finished all the compulsory subjects and reach the graduation threshold (especially for the log of English Proficiency Test).
- Press the Graduation Process and complete all steps in Academic Information System.
- For the “Department” part, please finish the NTHU CHE leaving school checklist, Questionnaire for graduates (Please refer to the attached files) and revise your personal profile in department's system.
- Go to the Division of Registration with your student ID card to receive your diploma.
[Master & PhD]
- For eligible student, please follow the procedure for degree examination and finished it before the end of July.

- Deadline for leaving school procedure is the day before registration day of the next semester. If you haven’t finished the procedure before the assigned date, your oral defense score will be invalid.
