【通 知】
口頭報告組
一、報告日期：4/18(五)13:30開始
二、報告時間：依公告順序報告(下表)
三、報告地點：化工館102會議室
四、報告時間：每位參賽者時間為10分鐘，其中8分鐘報告(7分鐘第一次響鈴，8分
鐘第二次響鈴結束報告)與2分鐘回答問題。
五、檔案安裝：報告同學請於當天9：00-10：00間至系辦將檔案存入筆電，並請自行測試簡報格式內容無誤！資料夾名稱為1-學號-學生名字（1為報告順序）。
六、其他注意事項：請同學注意服裝儀容，不宜穿拖鞋。
壁報展示組
一、海報張貼：請參賽同學於4/18(五)10：00至系辦索取序號紙，並至B1搬取海報板，將海報板放置於化工館一樓指定位置(下圖)，張貼海報時務必使用不留殘膠的膠帶黏貼海報。(系辦提供少量海報用貼紙，索取完畢為止)
二、海報格式：壁報尺寸大小為直式A0：長118公分×寬84公分。
三、評審時間：4/18(五)11:00起至16:00止皆為評分區間。建議參賽同學若想接受評審老師詢答，可於14:00至 16:00間站立於海報旁待命，報告時間3分鐘內。
四、海報撤除時間：除獲獎同學外，海報請於當日18:00前取回，並將海報板搬回B1。逾期撤回海報將以回收處置。
