We are a global leader in autoinjectors, pen injectors, and innovative drug delivery systems, with over 30 years of experience dedicated to improving patient care.
Headquartered in Switzerland, SHL Medical also has sites in Sweden, the United States, and Taiwan. Our Taiwan site is located in Luzhu District, Taoyuan City, with more than 5,000 employees.
✨ Program Highlights
- Start Date: Onboarding in July or September

Eligibility:
- In-school students pursuing a degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or related fields
- Fresh graduates with a degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or related fields, with up to 12 months of work experience
- Part-time Requirement: Minimum of 20 hours per week

- Operation Engineering (Automation, Packaging, Printing, Metal Forming, Injection Molding)
- Testing & Verification (AI & Data Integration)
- Process Development (Software & Automation Process Development)

我們是全球自動注射器、筆型注射器及創新藥物遞送系統的領導者，擁有超過 30 年經驗，致力於改善病患照護。
總部位於瑞士，並在瑞典、美國及台灣設有據點。台灣據點位於桃園市蘆竹區，目前員工人數超過 5,000 人。
✨ 亮點特色
- 統一入職時間： 7 月或 9 月
- 申請資格：
- 工程、應用科學或相關科系在校生
- 畢業於工程、應用科學或相關科系，且具備最多 12 個月工作經驗
- 工時要求： 每週至少 20 小時
- 實習部門：
- Operation Engineering 營運工程（自動化、包裝、印刷、金屬成型、射出成型）
- Testing & Verification 測試驗證（人工智慧與數據整合）
- Process Development 製程開發（軟體與自動化流程）
